Window Wise installed a new composite front door in our 1930s house and we're absolutely delighted with it. It replaced a very old sliding patio door and completely transformed the look of the front of our home. Window Wise were very professional and diligent and their installers were very polite and tidy workers. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish window wise were fantastic. We had 5 windows replaced in our home. There was no hard sales at any point which we loved, Gavin was very friendly and professional. We are so pleased we chose them. All the team are very friendly and professional at all times. Everything was left tidy and clean after each working day and they ensured each window they worked on was finished before going home. The detail and care by the installers was outstanding, thank you Ollie and Adam. Was very easy process even with a 2 year old toddler in tow. We needed replacement glass in 3 patio windows originally installed by WindowWise over 20 years ago. We also need a replacement lock on a bathroom widow which was locked closed. Martin visited, took details and we received a competitive quote within a few hours. We were quoted an installation date and time and Martin arrived to the minute. All very professional, tidy, unobtrusive and totally Covid-19 safe. All in all, we're completely satisfied with the work and would have no hesitation in recommending WindowWise to prospective customers.

Excellent service throughout. Everything was done promptly in a very friendly and professional manner, from providing the initial quote, through measuring up to the actual fitting. We had four windows fitted and the fitters were friendly and very polite, leaving everything neat and tidy when they had finished. The quality of the windows themselves is excellent.

Best price, great product, installed with skill and care, no mess and minimal re-decoration required. Replacement of existing lounge window with one of greater height, necessitating cutting out brick/blockwork to increase depth of opening, installing the new window, re-plastering and fitting new radiator. Window Wise were one of three companies we contacted and their quotation was the lowest. The new window was of excellent quality and installed with great skill, care and consideration which has minimised the amount of redecoration required on completion. We are very pleased with the whole package and would like to thank Tom and Richard, our initial contacts, and to Nick who installed the window and Tony the plumber who fitted the new radiator.

I have used Window Wise both personally for a consevatory and within my workplace to improve and replace the windows around my organisation. In both settings, the staff on site have been helpful, professional, friendly and hard working. My conservatory installation was part way through completion when we went into lock down for Covid-19 and therefore had to be paused. Throughout this period of time, Window Wise kept in touch with me and kept me informed of what was happening, the revised timeframes and clear guidance on additional safety measures they were putting into place. The completed consevatory is beyond my expectations and I am very impressed with the finished product. Likewise, in my work place, the completion in June 2020 of a bespoke window order was worked around our reopening schedule and the additional safety measures we had put in place for contrators. As an organisation I would be more than happy to re-use Window Wise and again I would be happy to use them personally for my home. The customer services and after care service upon completion has also been of an excellent quality. Thank you to all who from the company for thier hard work, professionalism and help. It is very much appreciated.

We have used Widow Wise during the past 3 years whilst we renovated our house. Recently they made the final visit to complete all the windows.The whole process of dealing with Window Wise is a pleasure. They employ professional people, there is no pressure, the quality of the workmanship is first class, the house is always clean and tidy when they leave at the end of the day. The staff are friendly and hepfull. They honour their guarrantee, we had a very minor problem with a window hinge. They came within 3 days and fixed it - no hassle. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Great product - really pleased with windows (Double glazed with acoustic glass). Window installers very polite, worked non-stop, cleared up after themselves, no damage where they worked - hardly noticeable. Would highly recommend the two installers. Attention to detail and checked with me if there were any queries or just wanted to confirm with me what they planned to do. I highly recommend standard of work and finish. Will be using WindowWise again in a couple of years when front windows will be replaced - will request same fitters
